I have been SOOO off track lately! Hubby was on vacation for 2 weeks in Sept & that really threw my weight loss goals for a loop
But the 5% Fall Challenge starts this Sat, so I am starting now to get back on track!!
My goals for the week: (Not as tough as before vacation. I want to ease back into it!)
Stay in cal range 6 of 7 days-
Only 1 dessert for 7 days (thru Friday)
Exercise at least 20 min 6 days-
Specific Exercises (for week)-
Walk on treadmill 3 times
Do 1 Leslie WAP video
Do 3 yoga videos
Do 1 resistance band session
Do 1 pilates session
Log in all 7 days, -
Lose 1 pound. Todays weight was 126!! UGH!!!
