5% Fall Challenge Has Started and she's off! {Or the weight is coming slowly off]!

Hello Everyone in the Kitchen and all Other SP Members and those visiting the site~
The 5% Fall Challenge has begun and on Sunday,I weighed myself [rather early for our Saturday weigh-in ,but wanted to see where I was at and if I would need to work harder to lose this week] .
The scale said ,"Good going,girl! You did the ST ~Strength Training emoticon and some dancing ," emoticon[ It was really only just me [only 5 minutes or so~but I did it!], ~[[DH was typing away on his PC]] " so ,I am going to award you a LOSS of .2 of a pound! "
I was HAPPY as SLOW and STEADY WINS the RACE [see my turtle ticker on the long football field ;he is almost at goal!~~6 and goal! ],but I am becoming a "long -distance runner "in the good food choices I am learning to make. Make one good choice and then another. Follow up during the day with at least 30 minutes of working out ~today was ST. Tomorrow, walking the dog emoticon for 30 minutes and sometimes, I break up the 30 min. into 10 min.intervals of whatever I am doing ~ those cleaning chores add up to muscle,too! emoticon emoticon
