So, I've been trying, but not hard enough. I let it go for too long. The last time I logged in my weight was at 198. I'm at 198 now so that's good, but I was at 208. I refused to go up another pant size. As a result I have a few small brand new stretch marks.....SO I'm done. My body literally can't take anymore weight.
I've been half way trying Keto. I most cut sugar and so that addiction is gone. I'm pretty proud of that. But I have been doing this meal plan and it is Keto and so yummy, but I want to do it more healthily. Cream cheese is good but I want more healthy fats. It will require more work on my part. It will be a struggle for me as I don't enjoy cooking. I know I have to track my food and commit to my self. SO here I go again.
Tangible Goal : Weight 163 by Apr. 2019 (cruise with the husband) 35lbs in 6months. Totally doable
