Rough Summer

This summer has been high stress. I can seem to get back to the plan. I'm getting nervous, I can still wear the smaller clothes but they are getting snug. I've got to get this under control. I have a doctor's appointment Friday, I think that can motivated me until then. Wish me luck! Have a wonderful Monday, and a great week!

    You can do it! Right now you are at the crossroads and which lane you choose will either put you back to where you want to be or walking down a road that is going to be regaining. Reach out if you need some one on one encouragement!

    BTW I have found that often changing up the routine can get the spark back - do something fun for exercise, take a class, take a cooking class, find some local people to pal up with etc...
