Trying hard, so hard. Sticking to any diet is HARD. Why? Because I always want to cheat. Why? Don't know. I want to get something from the gas station when I stop for gas. It's like treat, but the treat isn't worth it. I don't really want something sweet, I just want something. . . so I am fighting the good fight.
SO for two days I have done perfect on plan.
Day 1 I was low on calories. It is easy to eat a 1000 cals in carbs, quickly. 1000cals in Keto . . not as easy unless you want a bunch of cream cheese then its easy.
Day 2 I added MTC oil to my diet, Note to all....DON'T TRUST A KETO FART...EVER. lol mistake quickly caught and not a complete catastrophic disaster, not fun, but a bit funny.
The Sigh..I noted a few brand new stretch marks a few weeks back which started this new drive to fix the weight, I've lost 10lbs. but the stretch marks look darker today...Depressing
