Plate Method - Brainstorming!

I just watched a Coaching video about the plate method, and I wanted to create a place I can quickly refer back to so I can find the info again in the near future.

1/4 protein/meat
1/4 grains (ie: rice)
1/2 fruits and veggies
dairy on the side
