November is on its way, and I want to use it as a new beginning on my journey to better health. For now, I need to take baby steps, and build on whatever progress I make.
I have a few little goals for November… I know I can achieve them if I just stick with it!
Goal #1: TEATIME!
I admittedly have a caffeine addiction, and usually get my fix with coffee...taken sweet and creamy! It's a huge sugar bomb! I'm going to knock that off, and try getting my caffeine fix from tea. I take my tea either plain or with a splash of soy milk. No sugar, few/no calories, and less caffeine than coffee. I think it's a far better choice.
Goal #2: WORK IT!
I'm starting slow… but am going to get in yoga, walking/hiking, and gym time in every week.
Goal #3: VEG OUT!
I'm going to add more produce to my diet!
