Keep on walking.

Since my last blog post, I’ve not stopped walking. I do it 3-5 times weekly and the minimum I’ll walk is 1 mile each time. Walking alleviates some of the pain from sciatica, so I do much more than a mile 98% of the time. I started seeing a chiropractor last week so once the sciatica is resolved, I’ll walk even more.
Anger can be put to good use. For me, enough was/is enough... but it was also the start of a new beginning.
