At my goal weight

I have been at my goal weight for a number of weeks. I need to keep track of my food on SP. it helps me to know where I am at with my food. I also need to drink more water and walk as often as I can. I want to stay between 144-149 by 12-31-2018. I weighed 258 on 1-1-2015. So I am down 114 lbs. yay! Part of this journey is that I had breast cancer, chemo and radiation in 2017. I am thankful and blessed. I am 71 years old and don’t want to gain it back so, need to keep turning to God and being focused. Hope you all have a great day.❤️
