Day 9 - Carbs and Proteins and Fats - Oh My!!

Today' Plateau Busting task was to educate yourself on the healthy daily ranges of carbs, proteins, and fats.
I am now believing that I had cut down way too much on carbs. Now that I am sick and craving carbs I think I understand why - I wasn't getting enough carbs and now my body needs them to heal.
Today is Friday. I plan my meals for next week over each weekend. So, this weekend. I am going to make sure to add some healthy carbs to my menu. In fact, I tend to skip carbs all together at breakfast, so I will begin by adding a small amount each morning. I read that nutrient-rich bread, apples, and bananas are some good choices.
