I reduce my risk for cancer by maintaining a healthy weight, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and staying physically active. I also get recommended mammograms, colonoscopy, use sun screen, don't smoke, and have regular medical check ups.
Yep. Me too. Survivor and a family with a history of cancer. I remember when I was a youngster how conscious I was of that and how I wanted to live a long and healthy life. Well here I am.
