Time is my biggest stumbling block. Between working and commuting, I am out of the house 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Then there is taking care of the house, kids pets, etc.
So I feel guilty about excersizing - about taking time from the family. I am also super tired by the time the kids go to bed.
I have been doing good tracking what I eat and walk between 10 - 30 minutes a day. I have been researching short workouts that I can do at home. Incorporating excersize 10 minutes at a time I think is a doable goal. I think it won't notice it and feel like it is overwhelming.
This week, I want to do a short yoga routine a few times a week. I sit alot, so I am really looking forward to stretching!
