Today I am done with my detox. Yesterday I tried grounded beef and chilli and I found out that is a no go for me because I felt off the whole night and so I think I am going to really not try and eat ground beef very often. I am not sure if it was the beef,tomatoes or the beans,but chilli will be on my do not eat list as right now.
Yesterday my mom and I went grocery shopping so that she has healthy food in her house as well. She was so worried she would not know what to do so I told her this week that I would help her figure out what to eat so she did not make bad choices. She was so happy because she lost 10 pounds in the 3 weeks of the detox and I do not blame her she also said she felt a lot better. She has RA,high blood pressure,and high cholesterol and it seemed to help take some of her symptoms away.
I got all the stuff that I needed to eat paleo all week for me and my family. So I look forward to the week and moving forward. I may have only lost 3 pounds but I feel a lot better and plan to continue this into the holiday as well 💓👌
