Today i went to 1st group class at gym. Combo Yog/pilat/taichi. Tough one full hour. But i stuck it out. Will try 1 group a week as 4 look interesting. Followed it with rowing, arm pulls & crunch machine on floor.

    Thanks! I not on weight loss goal at moment. Stamina & breathing. Only have 27% working so difficult to do more than 20 min activity.
