12/2 Progress Update :)

Hi Spark Friends!

I only have ONE POUND left to lose before I stop being obese and I start being overweight (based on my BMI). I can feel the difference in the way my clothes are fitting and the energy levels I have.

I ordered the book, The Spark Solution, from Amazon and I received it in the mail this weekend. I'm looking forward to diving into it.

I'll be wrapping up the Calendar Challenge for Diabetics this week, and I'm trying to decide which challenge I want to do next. I was doing the Diabetes Challenge and the New Member Challenge at the same time, but I think I'm going to stick to just one at a time until I've completed each once, and then I'll go back and double up or triple up on doing the challenges again for a refresher and motivation. I'm debating between doing Limited Motion, Find 10, or Tame Sweet Tooth next.

This past week was my first week as a member of the Spark People Community Team, and I've really enjoyed it! I hope I'm able to make others feel welcome and encouraged!
