A test of faith

My husband went for an MRI of his back on Saturday. He got a call when his MRI was looked at, that his arthritis is worsening. They also found a cyst on one of his kidneys and he will have to have a CT scan for that.
They are going to try shots for his arthritis. He is to spend 3 hours at same-day surgery for the shot. Things are getting complicated for me and this move. It doesn't look like he will be able to do anything to help me.
Tuesday, he did help me.

Wednesday, we visited his cousin that is recovering from knee replacement surgery and we took fried chicken and fixin's to her house. A friend of hers visited while we were there and ate with us. Our son called while we were there, and invited us to his house for dinner.
I had to see the VA nutritionist today and hubby had pool therapy for his back at a different location. My weight is still 239 pounds when I am completely dressed.
We came home and relaxed. My husband drinks Coca-Cola and if they tell him he can't drink that, I think he will be tough to live with. Right now, I will do what I can with moving. We set a goal of February 1, but that may be very unrealistic, but it is motivation to work toward getting as much done as possible.
