Reaching the 10,000 daily steps goal depresses me everyday when I struggle to get 5,000. I needed to find a way to use my new Versa to set my own motivating goal. It tracks steps, miles ... there it was .. STAIRS! I work in a three story building and was taking my breaks walking the hallways with a just climbing the steps to get from point A to point B. Last week I set a goal of 30 flights a day. Friday I did it! With the stair climbing making my heart rate work in cardio, I have a new goal. Cardio helps lower your resting heart rate I read. A lower resting heart rate = stronger heart. Current average 65 bpm. Goal = 64.
