I do well at popping in and out here, and I'm popping back in for a while

I thought I had changed my page intro, but it didn't take, apparently. Anyway, here I am, back to get into a groove. I have been doing only yoga and some very, very gentle walks, relatively little, for some time, now. I don't seem able to find a good local support network, and my husband isn't all that fond of exercise. He has been realizing that he may need to get more interested, though. We are both older, and while we don't have weight problems to move us, we do want to be as well as we can be, as long as possible. So my goal is to try to get BOTH of us moving more, in 2019. Wish me luck. I have no problems snagging time to do some sort of workout daily, but convincing anyone else is tough. I often wish someone would nag ME to go and work out -- but, like many things, it's up to me.
