BLC39 - Goals

The challenge today is to set our goals for the BLC39. I love goals, thrive on goals...
For the BLC39 my goal is to weigh less than 300 lbs by the end of the challenge (April 3rd).
As of this morning I weigh 322 pounds. How will I achieve my loss?
1) Schedule exercise and make it a priority - cardio, strength training, and restorative (yoga).
2) Continue to eat Keto because it makes me feel the best, fits me and my likes/desires.
3) Continue to do intermittent fasting.
4) Support through CAMO and STOP team on Sparkpeople and the Moon Joggers group and a weight support group on Facebook.
5) Give myself grace and love - show myself love!!!
