Not being prepared can, and will, hinder the journey. Day 2 wasn't so easy as I returned to work and did not prepare! I took an apple with me for break but had no lunch ready. I did choose a small cheese, sausage, and almond cup so not a horrible choice, but it didn't leave me feeling full. Before long I was getting munchies! I had a few chips, not many.. but that still left the evening. Left over spinach dip on cocktail bread. I can't just throw it away and I didn't over eat so my calories didn't jump. but again, not filling.
Today the company cooks us lunch, and it is hot dogs. Not the best choice, but 1 dog isn't the end of the world. When I get home it is time to start the planning. Plan meals, prep meals.. plan snacks. I find that the easiest way to stick with it; to have a plan!
As long as I prep for Friday then I have the weekend for better planning. If you want to reach your goals you have to set yourself up to achieve them!
