starting day 9

Things have been going pretty well with the reset. I did find out that one of the dressings I had ordered from Primal Kitchen was not compliant (although "Paleo" compliant, it has honey, should have been clued in by the name "honey mustard"!), not sure why I didn't realize this, but I'm switching to the ranch style, and did read the ingredients this time! emoticon emoticon emoticon Onward and upward!

I had a few nights with minimal sleep issues, but last night was difficult. I was alternating between too hot/sweaty and cold, restless, and woke up a 3am (this seems to be my usual pattern of waking up in the middle of the night). At least I was able to get back to sleep quickly.

Other than that, I'm feeling good. Much less anxious, and I feel sharper mentally. I am still having some dry skin issues, but I live in a dry climate, so I'm not sure I can do anything about that!

The push-up challenge is going well, I've done 10-11 push-ups each morning so far! emoticon

Impressed with the pushups! I really should do some core/upper body strength exercises. I used to have very dry skin and realized after I lost weight, sweated more, and ate better that it got much better. Not sure what did it, though. Maybe all combi

You are doing good, learning as you go! Doing good on the push-ups. I need to follow your lead on that! Hoping for you that your sleep gets better.

I noticed that when I went grain free my skin felt drier, I added a vitamin E supplement to my vitamin regimen which seemed to help. Our hard water is also hard on our skin, even with a water softener, I use coconut or olive oil for moisturizer, staying natural.
