I have missed walking or working out again, for the past several day. Yesterday I said I would do it, but then things starting happening and I never got the walk or exercise in. I even kept waking up at all hours in the night, so my sleep has been anything but regular.

Today I made the decision, and took a break from studies and walked for 30 min. I even walked a bit faster than my normal slow pace. Growing up it seemed that I always had to run to keep up with my brother or dad. Guess that goes with being petite.

I had to once again had to go against my mind telling me to go do other things that need to be done, but I finally told myself OUT LOUD. I am going to walk. So I did. Feel great. I've also noticed that my posture is getting better.

Anyway, tonight I will see how I sleep. Now to work on my 8 glasses of water. Only had 2 so far. emoticon

    You do have this one. If you have to schedule it in like a Dr. appointment then do that after a few successes you can find the proper place for you in your schedule, #1. emoticon emoticon
