January Blues

Last year was such a tough year with illnesses and deaths, I started gaining again. I've gained at least 10 of the 63 I'd lost. I'm struggling getting back into what I was doing. It's cold and dreary. Guess I'm having January blues. I've got to wrap my head around it all again. I'm the only one that can.
