Tired

I came back to SparkPeople about 2 weeks ago. I joined a couple of teams and challenges. It has been motivating. I have started drinking water instead of just soda from morning till bedtime. I have started getting some exercise in. Not just when I could get outside and go for a hike; but in my own living room. I have also started the process of getting back to healthy foods.
I am tired, but I've been tired for a long time. I've been tired because I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't giving my body the water it craved, the nutrition it needed, nor the exercise it required. I wasn't sleeping well at all. My body was tired and stressed. It felt so done!
Now the tired feels more like I have accomplished something. I sleep better at night. I don't feel like I can't do things; I just feel like I've done enough for now. I will rest and do something more later. It feels good.
I know that I will be able to continue working towards my goals because the tired feels good.
