So its a new year!

Last year was a bit of a roller coaster. I started the year out really well, by august I was down 30lbs and I felt great on my vacation, even wore a high waisted bikini to the beach and loved it! that being said I also had major financial issues, a debt from the past came back to haunt me and I ended up having to file bankruptcy so that was hard and its been hell trying to get back on my feet. I finally am heading towards the right direction but did gain back 13lbs of what I had lost so that really sucked. This year I am struggling to find the motivation, its hard to get back into working out and eating healthy. I'm trying a new type of diet which I think will work for me once I really get adjusted to it. Its IF or intermittent fasting, basically you only eat during certain hours of the day and the rest of the hours you only drink water, unsweetened tea or black coffee. the hard part for me is getting used to not eating dinner and its not a matter of me being hungry because I eat a really big breakfast and lunch and get my full calories worth. the problem is I get bored at night and start wanting to eat, I think once I can get back into working out that'll help because ill have something to do in the evenings other than sit on my butt and watching tv. Hoping to go to the gym tonight for a short 30 minute or so workout, maybe if I can get used to that for a few days tis week itll get easier to get back on track, when I exercise the eating gets easier also.
