I like to think I know a thing or two about commitment. Something I heard in a podcast today really resonated with me and it was about the commitments we make to ourselves about dieting and losing weight and engaging in fitness and whatnot. The takeaway was that one should spend some time sitting with oneself to determine the pros and cons of living with the consequences and results of individual actions and only commit to those you can accept doing or taking for the rest of your life. I'm going to be keeping those thoughts in mind for the next few days and see what I can commit to.
