1st Workout of Planet Fitness

Today was my first workout at Planet Fitness.
I joined and wanted to step out of my comfort zone and to keep moving to a healthy new me. YES I did this years ago when I joined the Y and did their Y Change. But through the years I slipped back into my little box. I mean I can't keep doing the same things and expect different results.
The thing that was soooo great about working out I missed how much I loved working out. I missed how my body felt during the work out and after.
I know that I am not going to see results for awhile but mentally I already do.
I am working towards a better me inside and out.
