The No-Stress Bubble

Not sure where I stand right now. I have just returned from a three-day "No stress Vacation," at a beautiful beach resort. I did not track or consider calories, but I remained mindful that it feels better to NOT be stuffed to the gills and lethargic. Still though, I am looking forward to resuming my tracking and eating routine tomorrow and resuming the fitness plan that I had formulated for myself last week. I think since I began using Spark I've digested -- so to speak -- a lot of principles that I was not unfamiliar with but am now able to incorporate in a better way. It has really sunk into me that embracing a healthier lifestyle is something I actually WANT to do because it feels better than not. It's not something I SHOULD do or HAVE to do.
