So, I had been experiencing some really extreme tiredness and fatigue for several weeks. Like, needing to take a good, long nap in the middle of the day tired. And still going to bed and sleeping like normal, too! I think I finally figured it out... one of my medications was increased around this time and drowsiness is a side effect. So, I've switched from taking it in the morning to taking it at night to sleep it off. I've only been doing that for about a week and am still adjusting to it. It's helping, though, at least. That means I'd been too tired to go to the gym every day. Barely staying awake in church. Spacing out at work. I'm hoping to have my energy back shortly. Improvements are still needed on the sleeping front, though.
My refrigerator and my kitchen sink both decided to betray me this week and I have had neither of them functioning properly. So, that means no food to cook and no way to cook it without a sink. Ugh, so I've been eating out more than I'd like to. I have managed to do overnight oats for breakfasts, which I'm bad at eating breakfast normally, so I have found some improvements among the chaos. Hopefully these things will be fixed sooner rather than later so I can get on a smooth, healthy track.
I got my results back from my heart monitor. I'm still doing okay, although nothing has changed. My arrhythmia even improved by 1%, so at least I know my medications for it are working. I'd like to lose some weight and eat healthier to know I'm helping the ol' ticker instead of making it harder to beat right.
I've been enjoying the company of my kitties and we're just snuggling our way through our days!
