Day 32 - another day in Cuba

Did well today. Got my 10000 steps in, met my water goal, didn’t splurge eating out and stayed on track. Resisted bread, fries and desserts. Breakfast - 4 boiled eggs, sausage Lunch - a dozen shrimp Dinner - shredded beef and pork belly Walked a lot today. Drank a lot, too and probably had a bit too much coffee, but am feeling great. Did 17 flights of stairs today, with dinner being 5 flights up and 5 flights down. Definitely earned my calories today. Lots of bread and dessert being shared today, but I didn’t have any. Bummer I can’t weigh in, but I feel great having to “schlepp” 30 lbs less around. And I sweat significantly less. Still quite a bit, but 2-3 face towels do the trick now. I used to have to carry up to 12 in a day. Another busy day tomorrow, but fully committed to make this week flawless. Stress though, since work and email is piling on as I don’t get to them and logging in to the internet is a bit of a challenge. I guess that’s the plan for the weekend then... All good. Great day. Ready to make Thursday awesome!!!!
