Day 42 - starting to move

Started the day off without much energy, again. Seems that I still have very little motivation on weekend days. But, by early afternoon while I was looking for something in the garage, started cleaning up the garage, somewhat. Felt good to finally get going on something. I notice that it starts to get easier to move around. One week smoke-free, I also notice that I can breathe a bit easier. Things are on the up and small NSV’s are coming up. Pants are starting to fit, shirts are less tight, shoes fit better as well.

Did ok with food today, started the day with 3 soft boiled eggs, skipped lunch and had a large salad with italian sausage, cheddar and 3 boiled eggs. Didn’t get my water in till this evening, it seems a lot easier during weekdays.

Overall a good day, but would like to get my energy up, especially on the weekends. Make all the right choices on eating, sleep well, water ok, but have yet to come around to chose to get busy at home, do the stuff that needs doing. Have to focus on that and create some good habits around family and activities.

Day 42 - 35lbs down - only 165lbs or 558 days to go to 225lbs
1 week smoke free, which is pretty awesome
