Day 43 - planning the week

Low energy Sunday. Didn’t get much done this weekend, so waking into a stressful work week. Was planning to catch up and get ahead, just couldn’t motivate myself.
But, that’s done and I am looking ahead. After all I stuck to my eating plan, continue to be some free and spent some time with my family.
Goals for this week are brown bagging every day and start a few walks in the evening, perhaps walk the dog.
Had some scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast, cottage cheese and sour cream for lunch and some baked chicken wings for dinner. Water consumption met late afternoon.
Managed my cigarette cravings well. I think the smoking withdrawal is still affecting my energy and motivation level, which is a bit frustrating, but I need to remind myself that re-starting smoking would not solve for this and things will get better.
Tomorrow is a new day and a new week, and I WILL conquer this week and continue my journey to a healthier, happier me. I can, and I WILL make the right choices.
