Day 46 - catching up

Had a rather productive day at work, and left work in the evening with a sense of achievement. Still not quite caught up, but have made some good progress. I was successful to finish 3-4 important things early in the morning, and have almost dug out of the mountain of emails. May work from home tomorrow and just plow through some of the more tedious tasks. Need focus and alone time to get these done.
On the healthy eating front, I continue to be solid and on the wagon, haven’t been able to be this consistent in the past. Doing a lot of thinking, reflecting, planning and anticipating. Still brown bagging to the office when I am not traveling.
Breakfast continues to be 3 soft boiled eggs and lunch my 3 soft boiled eggs with about 1.5 oz of pork rind. Dinner today was a bowl of salad with leftover pork tenderloin, cheese, romaine and aged cheddar. Not looking for variety at the moment, but food that satiates me and enough to not get hunfry. And I really like what I am eating, for the time being, and its always homemade and good quality. Haven’t been eating out much at all, maybe twice in the last month and a half, except when traveling.
Super positive about all the changes I am making and the routines I am creating. Cravings are pretty much in check most of the time, even the nicotine withdrawals are mostly gone. Though my mind is trying to convince me that I should have one or two throughout the day... Water and stern talking to myself usually solves the issue.
Have hit my first plateau but I am not concerned as I haven’t increased what I eat, record everything I eat and know that I am well below my allowance. It’ll settle and I’ll still be down on my weekly average, week over week.
Next focus has to be to add some excercise and be more active on the weekend. A few pressing issues at home with some due dates approaching, taxes being just one of them.
I am proud of the progress I’m have made so far and the discipline I have had. Last time around I used the appetite suppressant Qsymia, this time around I am able to manage my appetite and recognize cravings for what they are.
Day 46 - 34lbs down - only 166lbs or 554 days to go to 225lbs
Smoke free for 10 days - yay!
