How is this habit impacting my quality of life?
Smoking is damaging my health, makes me have breathing issues, and I swant to stop smoking.
Eating healthy is something I want to do because I am tired of all my health problems that all stem from being severely overweight. Most of which will probably go away if I can loose a lot of the weight and get healthy.
How will my life improve if I remove it?
If I remove these health sabatogers then I will get better health and he able to do the things I truly enjoy again, things I have enjoyed all my life but been unable to do for almost 25 years.
Are others pressuring me to break the habit, or is this something I want to do?
This is something I want to do for me not for someone else unless you want to figure into it in the long run extending my life and making me able to enjoy my grandkids mire.
