1. I don't remember the last time I was under 230 lbs. Today, I am. Things are changing for the better!

2. My dogs convinced me to take them on a walk today, even though it's been snowing like mad, and I appreciated it (although after only a couple of blocks, we were all in a rush to get home).

3. My mother is starting to track and plan her meals! She's seen me losing weight, and wants to get to eating healthier at their house too. We want to share and support each other!
