expecting positives from weight gain ...

Ok, I'm doing basically the program I've been doing - but the weight ticker is going up.
The only difference is I added stationary bike riding for the inclement weather and have been doing so every evening when I get home. I feel a difference in my thighs from this regime and have moved from 20 to 40 minutes a day.
So I think this is what is taking place and if so I'm okay with it. health.clevelandclinic.o
I think I will see a reversal further difference in the direction of the weight soon. I'm looking for it!
