Finally feel like I am getting back on track, calories were down to a reasonable amount the last few days, making smarter food decisions, more water, bloating is down, feeling better. Now for more exercise, I had dropped that pretty badly also. I will start taking small walks at work on breaks again, they all add up at the end of the day!
Also, having a ball with our new Ninja Foodie...you really can cook everything in that thing!
A message to anyone struggling: Don't give up, push through...eventually it gets easier and then before you know it you are back on track. It happens to all of us, we are here for you!
I REFUSE to go backwards on my progress, I worked hard to lose 30lbs...it ain't comin' back!
