I am back

Loosing weight is the hardest thing ever! I am chipping away at it. I have now changed my lifestyle since October I have been following Keto . Cutting sugar and carbs were extremely hard. I was sick for three weeks but now I am so happy I did it I do t even miss them for the most part. I have cheated over Xmas I ate potatoes and bread . Then on my hubbys Birthday I ate ice cream cake and bread when we went to the keg! And since then I have not been able to lose the two pounds I gained. I mean the desert was shared between three people and the bread was just a little bit. I have to loose these two pounds and I am now going to do the intermittent fasting 16/8 so my eating time is 12-8 nothing but water and coffee until then. Then light lunch and regular dinner let’s see how this works. I need to meet my goal. I want to be In onederland again been 15 years since I have seen them. Sorry this is so long I have to vent
