Even if you may have put on a few pounds
or a ounce or two don't despair you are on the right path to be successful. At least you have made a conscious decision to be mindful of your intake by watching what you eat as well as your portion size you are past the first hurdle
It's time to get ready for the push!
this is the time to push past the thoughts in your head that are telling you that your eating healthy and exercising is a waste of your time and effort. "what's the point you're not losing any weight" Why don't you just stop fooling your self" These negative words can have such a powerful punch to your ego as well as your self esteem. I just want you to know that your weight doesn't define who you are so start blocking that negative voice and allow your thinking to be positive... Push on and get ready to take a leap toward believing in your self and allowing your inner being to stand up tall and tell that doubting person that plagues your mind that
