I am struggling

My husband and I love to cruise. It is our favorite vacation because we meet so many nice people onboard, love the food and entertainment and it's great to see so many places without having to pack and unpack. My problem is that the food is so good that I also put on a couple of pounds and suddenly now I'm having super trouble taking them off. I consistently stay under sparkpeople's calorie allotment when I get home. But no matter what I do. I can't get rid these 2-3 pounds.
Anybody got any suggestions for me?
