I DID IT!

My place of employment has a small tiny gym on site and I just spent the last 30 minutes working out at the gym and I have started the path for a new habit I plan to create at work! I can always nibble on food while I work... but, I can't always make it to the gym.... so, now I'll eat my lunch while I work... and workout at the gym for the solid 30 minutes!
Oooo... I just got excited all of a sudden. It might not be a HUGE amount of time or a HUGE change of events... but, little by little a difference will be made! :D
