Revised eating plan

I've been doing a revised version of intermittent fasting for five weeks now. I have done okay. I've only lost five pounds. It's frustrating. I know a lot of it is my medication and there's nothing I can do about that. I'm sticking with it though at least for a while. At least it's working and a pound a week isn't for nothing.
