It's been 4 days....

It's been 4 days in a row now that I have gone to the gym at work. I've worked through my lunch break and did 30 minutes of working out on the machines they offer at work. It has also been 2 days that I have been soda free... that is not a huge milestone...but, it is a start - AGAIN.
I once read somewhere... it doesn't matter how many times you fall off the wagon - what matters is how many times you get back on it and try.
So, here I am... back on the wagon again... giving it a go and trying again. I WILL get this right one of these days... and hopefully this will be the time around that I do it.
What are some motivators that have helped you stay focused and stay on track? Did you stay focused for Health? For your Kids? To be able to wear nice clothes? What was your drive?
What ultimately pushed you over the edge and made you commit 100% without excuses?
