I great way to learn to be grateful

I learned from a podcast that to work on being more grateful Write down something you're grateful about youself, your spouse and your world everyday. I think I'll start blogging about those three things.
I'm grateful that I found Sparkpeople because of all the great people I've met online.
I'm grateful to my husband that helped me transition from my career teaching high school math (which I wasn't enjoying) to engineering that I have loved for the 26 years I've enjoyed being an engineer.
I'm grateful also that we found the SF Bay area. I love living here

Since I started try to lose these pesky 2 pounds I've been weighing my self every morning..

    Glad you've enjoyed your work as an engineer and so nice to have a spouse to support the transition. As much as I have enjoyed teaching, for the most part, I have found it extremely stressful.
