What a weekend! It started with a great weigh in on Friday morning.
I went from 132.2 to 130.8. That's a loss over a lb for the week and around 3 lbs for the month of February. That's slow weight loss, but with my goal of being down 10 lbs by our vacation (end of April) that's pretty much exactly what I needed. When I first start things usually go slow. I can see a difference even with 3 lbs and I'm feeling good about my progress and chances of making my goal!
Friday night I did Crossfit Open 19.2 I did this workout scaled.
I was a little disappointed with this workout. Not because I feel like I didn't work hard, but because I missed the cutoff to make it another 4 minutes by one rep!
So I got through the first 2 rounds (minus one 75lb power clean). If I would have gotten one more in that round I would have definitely got through another 25 knee raises and 50 single unders in the next 4 minutes! I'm sure I would have gotten another couple 95 lb cleans - but they would have been a bit of a struggle for me. Can you see my disappointment? 1 more rep would have gotten me a scare 76 reps higher! NOT FAIR!! I could redo it tonight to submit but I think I'm just going to stick with my score and move on.

Saturday we had Amelia's 11th Birthday Party! Our little leap baby is becoming quite a young lady! It was a Stranger Thing's theme and they had a ball!
Isn't this cake I made awesome? I was so proud!
Happy Monday everyone! Day 4 for me of no restaurants! I've taken my supplements every morning too! I missed my core workout yesterday so I'm going to do double today!
