This morning I didn't weigh 150 ...It was 152.8 so, I didn't reach my goal for this Monday's weigh-in, however; my scale wt went down to 148.4 on a couple days ago (Saturday, 2nd March). Since I always weigh more on Mondays since I indulge myself on weekends. Trying to stop that habit but it's hard to break. Anyway, my weekly avg for last week is 152.9, which is 0.4 pound less from previous week. Not a big drop but glad it's not a gain.

I will not set any specific # for next time but, crossing my fingers to report a good result from training my mind in right way to get a permanent weight loss &zither health benefits. KCKO! emoticon emoticon
