I'm happy to report that I had a fairly good week. I remembered to track everything I ate, every single meal and day. And, I lost another 4 lbs! Yippee!
I wish SP made it easier to figure out a weekly average, but here are my averages for the past week:
Total daily Cals : 1700
Total daily Fat: 52
Total daily Carbs: 278
Total daily Fat: 50
Total daily Sodium: 1886
Total daily Fiber: 36
I've been sick (with a head cold) the past 3 days, so, it wasn't easy to eat healthy.. but at least I stayed within my calorie goal every day.
