This morning's weigh-in is 151 pounds. Still not under 150's
But being positive about the future since spring is coming soon.
The weekly avg for the past week was really bad. I was under stress and ate tons of foods and didn't exercise as much and the result is 154.9, which is 2 pounds of gain.
I need to change my react to the stress. If I feel frustrated, then I start grabbing food and just munch it away. Nothing else matters and I can only think about food. I don't know how to deal with it.
