Accountablity week 3 - One step forward, 2 steps back.. due to illness

Well, I gained back 1 lb this past week. I'm not really shocked about it, since I ate too many carbs and too much sugar, even if I did stay within my calorie limits each day (or very close to it). I was sick.. when I'm sick, I want comfort food..and, Coca Cola.. the real stuff. So, it was hard.. I attempted to limit myself and didn't completely fail. Although my sugar & carb totals were too high, much of it was from fruit. I ate a lot of fruit. Still, it was disappointing to gain back a lb..At least I think I did. I forgot to weigh myself before I ate this morning.. did it after eating and taking a shower (still had wet hair)... so, not sure.
Anyway, here are the stats for this past week:
Total Daily Calories (avg) = 1565
Total Daily Fat (avg) = 51
Total Daily Carbs (avg) = 296
Total Daily Protein (avg) = 51
Total Daily Sodium (avg) = 1588
Total Daily Protein (avg) = 33
Total Daily Sugar (avg) = 153
