Move it and lose it...a tale of exercise on this March evening

I started a challenge on the Samsung Health app.
Six days ago, thought I'd throw in my cap.
200 thousand steps by the end of March.
Can I really do it? It seems a bit harsh...
But as of today, I'm at 80 thou...
I'm crushing this thing like HOLY COW! ;)
And where I walk may interest you-
Outside where the winter turns me blue?
Not on your life, not here in Minnesnowta
That stuff'll kill ya, and don't I know, yah!
I've got me a basement right here in my house
The weather's always pleasant along with my spouse
(Well, ok, he usually is,
sorry Hun, but this is my biz! :))
The carpet's worn out, but hey I could care,
My playlist of tunes is huge; without pair,
I can walk around in a bitty little space,
or go upstairs to increase my pace,
It doesn't matter, rain nor shine,
I'm walking fast and I'm walking fine
and when I've done my daily steps
I finish with yoga, a good habit to get
It stretches these not so young joints and bones
and keeps my muscles somewhat toned.
So move it and lose it, that's what I say,
You don't even need a gym to play!
